NEMA Plastics Fabrication: In addition to a large Plastics inventory Storm provides Cutting, Machining, Routing and Silk Screening of the full range of NEMA Grade Plastics for use by Original Equipment Manufacturers.

Cable Assemblies: Storm specializes in cable assemblies for high current applications. Telecommunications, Stationary Batteries, Motor Control and Uninterruptible Power Supply are a few of the industries currently served.

Flexible Bus: Storm concentrates on producing high quality flexible connectors that improve the performance of electrical transmission systems. These connectors are made from braided copper wire or flexible copper strips.

Machined Copper Shapes: Our Machining Centers with auto tool change allow for production of custom Clamps, Brackets, Inserts and Shapes. In addition Bus Bars requiring pockets, recesses, radius edges and step-downs can be produced with extremely tight tolerances.

Assembly: Currently we provide secondary assembly operations producing Rectifier Assemblies, Fuse Holder Assemblies, Heat Sink Assemblies and many varieties of Bus Bar Assemblies.

Busbar Hardware: Storm Maintains an inventory of standard Insulated Standoffs, Bus Bar Clamps, Tee Connectors, Horizontal Buss Support Clamps, Vertical Bus Support Clamps, Slide Bus Support Clamps, Bus Support Couplers, Grounding Inserts and related hardware. We also produce custom hardware to your specification.
