During regular office hours (8am – 5pm EST, M-F), there is always an employee on hand to answer your questions. If we miss your call, we will reply as soon as possible.

We have a fulltime staff of quality inspectors and engineers to insure the correct part is shipped to your exact specifications.
As a premier copper supplier, we pride ourselves in our quick order processing and delivery. Almost every standard item in stock will ship within one business day of the receipt of your order. We have the capacity to ship a large quantity of parts. With our staff of over 80 employees, Storm shipped 17,000 parts per day in 2006.
First and foremost, a copper supplier must provide custom fabricated parts. To service our many customers, we have over one million pounds of copper in inventory. This extensive and diverse inventory allows for a prompt delivery of your order.
We feel that to be a versatile copper supplier, you must have two business models: custom copper parts manufacturing and small quantity copper distribution. For custom parts, we have all the necessary machinery to manufacture virtually any part you may request. All we need is a print from you describing your specifications for the part.
