When you are working on a project and looking for a good copper supplier, there are certain characteristics you should expect. At Storm Copper Components, we hope to meet these high expectations. Between our helpful customer service, excellent product quality, quick delivery, large inventory of copper products, our ability to make custom parts, and our competitive pricing, we try to make your sourcing experience the best possible. During regular office hours (8am – 5pm EST, M-F), there is always an employee on hand to answer your questions. If we miss your call, we will reply as soon as possible. To be a focused copper supplier, quality must be one of your foremost concerns. Storm has passed numerous OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) audits and has supplied critical components to nuclear power plants, hospitals and data centers. We have a fulltime staff of quality inspectors and engineers to insure the correct part is shipped to your exact specifications. As a premier copper supplier, we pride ourselves in our quick order processing and delivery. Almost every standard item in stock will ship within one business day of the receipt of your order. We have the capacity to ship a large quantity of parts. With our staff of over 80 employees, Storm shipped 17,000 parts per day in 2006. First and foremost, a copper supplier must provide custom fabricated parts. To service our many customers, we have over one million pounds of copper in inventory. This extensive and diverse inventory allows for a prompt delivery of your order. We feel that to be a versatile copper supplier, you must have two business models: custom copper parts manufacturing and small quantity copper distribution. For custom parts, we have all the necessary machinery to manufacture virtually any part you may request. All we need is a print from you describing your specifications for the part. E-mail (sales@stormcopper.com) or fax (423-334-3389) us your prints and we will provide a quote in a timely fashion. For small quantity distribution, see our online copper store at www.stormcopperstore.com and for metals other than copper (brass, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.) see www.quickshipmetals.com. Finally, along with the quality and service described above, the copper supplier you chose should be large enough to source copper directly from the rolling mill. This allows us to provide both fair and competitive pricing to make any project more affordable. Above a beyond all else, thank you for choosing Storm Copper Components as your copper supplier. |
