Expansion for Busbar Manufacturer

Work was completed early last year for a 10,000 square foot addition on to building #2 at Storm's facility in Decatur, Tennessee. This addition will enhance improved customer service by housing additional copper inventories and providing expanded production capacity.

For improved customer focus in busbar manufacturing, Storm Copper implemented Impact Encore, an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, designed by Syspro Impact Software, Costa Mesa, California. This ERP software provides customer-relationship management (CRM) and supply-chain management (SCM) functionality. Moreover, the software contains programming that integrates the CRM and SCM functions with back office accounting systems.
